  • Windows, SQL Servers and Backups: Managed Windows Server 2016-2022 with AD, DHCP, DNS. Administered customer databases including SQL Server. Managed 3-2-1 backup schedule with Backup Assist, encrypted with Bitdefender. Customized GPOs and OUs.
  • Network Infrastructure: Administered firewalls and routers via pfSense. VLAN segmentation, LAN/WAN rules, managed switches (Cisco), OpenVPN setup with 2FA. Cybersecurity, IAM, Certificate Authorities, smart card deployment for 40+ employee clients.
  • System Monitoring: Zabbix endpoint deployment and monitoring, Windows Event Logs analysis, troubleshooting and corrective actions.
  • Operational Technology: Assembled/configured/deployed workstations including SCADA systems.
  • Legal: Ensured PCI and HIPAA compliance.
